These terms and conditions (the “T&C”) govern the use of the official website for the Human Capability Initiative https://humancapabilityinitiative.org/en/ (the “SITE”). The Site is owned and operated by the Human Capability Development Program (“HCDP”).

By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these T&C and agree to abide by them at all times. If you do not agree with these T&C, you should not access or review the content of the SITE.

The content contained in this website is intended for general information purposes only. As such, HCDP makes no representations or warranties about the information provided through this Site, including any hypertext links to any website or other items used either directly or indirectly from this Site. HCDP accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions in this Site and any decisions based on information contained in the Site are the sole responsibility of the visitor.

REGISTRATION

When you register on our Site, you agree to the following:

All the personal information provided to us are up to date, accurate and truthful.

The processing of your personal data (gender, Title, First Name, Last Name, Company, Position, Sector, Country of Residence, City, Email and Mobile Number). This data will be used to register you for the HCI event and print your badge. In case you do not which for your personal data to be processed, please do not register on our Site

WHAT PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND PROCESS?

By “Personal Data” we mean any information through which we can identify you as an individual (e.g., names, Identification numbers, telephone numbers, email addresses, or other related information like user login data and technical information) including sensitive Personal Data.

On the SITE, and in alignment with the principle of data minimization, we collect personal data only when needed.

We usually collect the following information:

  • Name
  • Contact details such as your phone number, Email, address …etc
  • Information you provide which is required to access and use our systems and receive our services

All the content published on the Site and made available is the sole property of HCDP. This includes but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of the Site.

HCDP reserves the right to change any or all the information provided in the Site at any time and without prior notice to enhance, modify, alter, suspend, or permanently discontinue all or any part of this Site and to restrict or prohibit access to it.

In no event shall HCDP be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, arising out of or relating to your use of this Site, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

VIOLATION OF THE T&C

Any breach of these T&C may result in a suspension of you access to the Site. In addition, HCDP reserve its right to initiate any legal action to recover the damages caused by the breach of these T&C.

INDEMNIFICATION

By signing these T&C, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless HCDP, its directors, managers, employees and subsidiaries against any claims, actions, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising of your use of our Site or your violation of these T&C.

SEVERABILITY

If any of the provisions of these T&C are found to be invalid or void under applicable laws, these provisions will be removed or amended from these T&C. All other provisions will remain valid.

GOVERNING LAW

These T&C and governed by the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of the interpretation or application of these T&C will be settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Saudi Arabia.
